This October, it’s Philly vs. Chicago in a month-long cleanup challenge! From October 1–31, residents, volunteers, and community groups across both cities will compete to see who can collect the most trash.

About The Event
This October, it’s Philly vs. Chicago in a month-long cleanup challenge! From October 1–31, residents, volunteers, and community groups across both cities will compete to see who can collect the most trash. You can participate by cleaning your block, a park, or any littered space in the city and submitting your bag totals and photos through our online form. Every bag counts toward the total so grab your neighbors, organize a group cleanup, or take action solo to help our city win!
There will be a celebration on Saturday November 1st.
